Drobekart — Scammed and has stopped responding took full amount upfront

I had placed the order on 2nd February 2023 and I haven’t received the other item even till today 15th May 2023. What’s worse is that since past one week I have been trying to get a response from her, but she has very conveniently stopped replying to my calls and msgs.
Its the 10th day of me trying to reach out to her and her not being bothered by a customer. All this while she’s actively engaged in promoting her business.
She is scamming people and I’m in so much stress, for once getting it delayed would still be okay with me but now shes online and posting pictures and all but is not replying!! That suggests that she did it on purpose.
