I'd applied for used bike loan vide application id 473797 and had uploaded all required information/documents viz salary slip, a/c statement.

Droom has offered many lenders, i'd selected lendbox which was offering rate of interest 8.50.

Next day an executive calls from droom and says online offered is not correct lendbox don't finance instead he will refer me offline to idfc.

Is it your ethics and business strategy?

If lendbox won't finance then why was it listed while applying online.

Why you people refer us offline to other bank who are demanding higher rate of interest.

    My all emi's are up to date and there is no overdue but still receiving messages like "your credit score will start impacting from today onwards because of your due emi. Call us immediately to save your credit score [protected]". And also not able to reach at the given number.

    Everyday i am getting a new call from different executives asking the same question and i am replying with the same answer.

    This is my last warning, if i receive any other such messages. I am going to file a complaint in the consumer court.

    I've already warned you guys several times that maintaining the communication trails is your responsibility not mine

      From past 6 to 7 months i have received. Call from droom. Please pay your loan emi but i didnt take any loan i have raised a query but didnt take any loan. Loan was taken by brij mohan rathore confirmed by droom exective over the phone. When month start i have received call on daily basis please take because i have already share these things with droom exective but response or solution form droom. Thanks

        I've booked a car from droom but for some reason i did not purchased the car. The booking amount was rs.13677 which was told to me by their executive that is fully refundable. I've cancelled the booking on 3rd august 2019 but not yet received my booking amount. Kindly look forward to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

After 3 days i got a call from your executive he said we are not able to provide service in your area due to some vendor problem he promised me that will refund your money back. I have called him many time but he is not responding [protected] this was the number of executive. Please resolve this issue asap.

            My Experience with DROOM:-

            Somehow from the internet, I got to know about DROOM.

            I started to talk to them, First, they provide me wrong information about Ex-showroom prices of Activa 5G.

            One executive saying something other is saying something else.

            Then They finalise that amount will be the same as the dealer will provide you.

            Then I Paid the token amount, I ask them about the LOAN, they told me to provide a LOAN at some interest rate, with processing fee and EMI.

            Here again, they give me the wrong information. Finally, they settled to some data(Interest rate, PF and EMI). They mail me with this data.

            I agreed and provide my documents and cheque leaves as well.
            On the last day, they give me disbursal note with different data it is just double of interest rate.

            They asked me to take Dealer accounts to disburse the amount. But Then I ask them about this after the whole day mentally torturing with their managers, supervisors,

            they finally refused me to provide LOAN after saying that you CIBIL is not good so we can't give you the LOAN,

            My CIBIL is 788, I suppose this is good enough.

            Finally, I decided to write this so that anyone can take help out of this before starting with DROOM.

            1. Staff: - Rude, Don't provide correct information and then stubborn there that they are right.
            2. Credit Managers: - Fake Commitments and at last give you an excuse and cancel the deal.

            I had paid money advance to purchase a car and it was told to me that advance will be refundable so I have made the payment. The deal did not happen as the car was not in good condition when inspected so I demanded for refund which your executive is not responding his name is Deepak.

              I have been a part of droom family froam a long time and have renewing my account timely, some i did this, i paid an amount of rs 3540/_ for one month subscription, also i paid 27500/_ dlid[protected] which was supposed to be returned to me with profit of rs 1000 inr. But some how it was adjusted as 1 year subscription without my knowledge or consent. Hereby i request you to refund my money with commission that i paid again innova.

                    they are just promotional thugs or the employees are just rude to customers by cancelling orders.
                    attention friends, dont support or be in this kind of time wasting promotions.

                      Today I ordered 1 perfume from Droom Flash sale.
                      I have successfully placed my order and also done payment through PAYTM.

                      But later on, I got a mail from Droom support team that your order has been canceled due because Automatic Verification Failed.

                      They did not mention which auto-verification.

                      I already verified my email id and mobile number. I ordered only 1 qty as per the sale rule.

                      You can see in pics, I ordered only 1 qty today.

                      I ordered a new vehicle on Droom App when visited to seller, availability was none.
                      Then called to customer care to cancel my order and refund token amount, they told me it will not be refund.
                      For order id 9075491. still there is no refund. 18july 2018. how much time u require to refund. on my app it is showing refund in progress(same for last two months)
                      Order id 8947321 on 11july 2018. Still refund not done.

                        I have purchased Honda Activa 3G 110 CC 2015 model from Droom.in in April 2018 and i was assured that this comes under warranty and the vehicle that i have purchased is properly checked and is in good condition and just on the name of droom i have purchased the vehicle, but now i think that i was a big fool to buy vehicle from droom.in.

                        Till now i have spent more than R 8000 in replacing the parts of vehicle which i have purchased as it was a faulty vehicle which was sold to me.

                        I was told by the seller that it is in very good condition and i don't have to do servicing but i have done that and i came to know that almost most of the parts where duplicate and which was original parts those where not in good condition. It was made fix just to sell someone and later on the buyer will face it.

                        I trusted droom.in but now i think that i have to take this issue to court as i am unable to contact anyone of droom.The customer care no[protected] doesn't work and the person with whom i was dealing of droom, his name is Mr. Mallick his number is also switched off since long.
                        I request you to kindly look into the matter and revert me with a positive response .

                              Subject: Offer for Your Audi A3 35tdi attraction 2015 (QSID [protected]) Beware of this company, Droom runs mafia dealer network who are threatens their prospected seller and its part their Business strategy.

                              We have encountered in very bad situation their dealer doesn’t turned up for payment to me and we have cleared the bank dues from our own sources against car loan taken from HDFC.
                              He started harassing, threating and molesting and pressurize me to return the droom token amount given which is not even 0.5% of total car deal, forget about my loss to withdrawn the car loan on their words which was taken on just on 9.5% in Nov 2015. We have borrowed 19 Lac on droom commitment on a hope will return after getting their dealer payment. We never even thought of this their dealer will never come back and leave us in very bad situation now we are paying very high interest on pre-payment given unless if I’am on car loan.

                              I will tell you their clear strategy once you are agreed to sell then Droom their dealers mafia started look for an immediate buyer unless they doesn’t found anyone from then your deal kept on hold until they doesn’t get the actual consumer. Likewise in my case I got the token amount 39k for a deal of 17.50 Lac, I with Droom rep kept waited on 23rd Feb for a dealer but even after the baking hours got closed we waited there for an almost 2 hours then I cleared the car loan from my own sources the reason being that I had taken approval from bank that pre closure charges is to be waived off if I will clear on that day itself whereas as per deal the dealer has to pay back the bank directly to get NOC. Now until today I have receive various threatening calls from the dealer to return their token amount I don’t mind to return provided droom will bear the interest that I borne past year+ and loss of our liquidity premium for work worth approx. 20 Lac.

                              Request to make group and forum as well to get together signatures and file case against such fraudulent.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              With reference to your e-mail dated 26/04/2018 regarding consumer complaint against droom.in. Buyer has placed an order online. At the time of transaction, there was some disagreement between seller and buyer, hence deal was not completed. Before the conflict between the two, buyer has paid 32000/- to seller( Raj Chauhan) in person which seller is denying to pay back to the buyer post cancellation of the deal. Now the buyer is threatening the seller for his money.

                              Also, we would like to inform you that since the buyer and seller did not agree on the completion of the transaction hence Droom had refunded the online token amount to the buyer which as per buyer, has been credited in his account.

                              Since, this is the personal dispute between seller and buyer, being a marketplace Droom can not help the either parties in resolving the issue. So the case is closed from our end.
                              I have ordered a droom mechandise i.e.. Bluetooth on 20 June 2018 & paid money Rs 99 for that But I didn't get any notification for placing an order of Bluetooth It is a cheating done by Droom & I want my money back or the product

                                On date of 17/01/2018, droom.in "offers the sell of helmet named as"get set helmet". They offers helmet at 49 rupees only.
                                I was booked a helmet, and tranferred money using sbi visa debit card.
                                My order number was 6257991. Recently i got message from droom.in as"we are unable to complete your 6257971 for helmet"
                                But 49 rs was deducted from my account.
                                Please refund my 49 rs.

                                  My order id is 5568251 from last 15 days droom.com is telling 5 - 7 days. How many times i should have to call and ask for my refund. No one is aware where my money is one person says it would take a week more another says it is already refunded.                                     I deposited the amount of rs 17000 in droom company as the employee of the company told me to deposit rs 17000 and you will get 34000 rs back so i deposited the money
                                    And now its one month over and the employee is not picking up the phone

                                      I have purchased new honda activa from droom, his adviser told me you got 4000 cash back from droom and 2500 if you will pay by paytm, i have recording and written proof for both, after that i had purchased the same from far away from my home and little bit costly, when scotty ready the dealer neglect to give paytm cashback and refused to give the paytm offer after paying from paytm, and droom adviser also said that we can't do any thing its all your and dealer call, we had to refused to take away scotty bez we are getting more discount with paytm from near from my home, then they argue and at least i had paid more money in maypuri xuv showroom.
                                      When i said that i had proof they argue and said do what you wat we will never give any money to you.
                                      Please tell me how i will get back my all money.

                                        I bought gold report about a vechicles history for 49 rs, and as per the website i checked the sample report for gold report. Following details will be provided:
                                        Summary
                                        Registration details
                                        Advanced registration details
                                        Hypothecation details
                                        Blacklist details
                                        Theft details

                                        I opted for this by paying 49 rs and i received the report which has only two things summary and registration details. What about the other details which is mentioned above in your sample gold report.

                                        The detail i have got is freely available by sending sms vahaan...
                                        This is not fare, i should get othr details which is mentioned in sample report.
