I purchased a 800.4 Soundigital Amplifier from droppin hz in June of 2020. The amplifier stopped working and I contact them in May 2021 about the warranty by phone and email. I spoke with a gentleman that emailed me the form to fill out and mail back with the amplifier. I mailed packed as signature required package. The package was received the following week. Since then it has been extremely hard to get a response from droppin Hz. I have tried multiple times and different ways to contact them. I was blocked from there Facebook profile and unable to message them through Facebook. My emails are not being respond to. I’m asking for your assistance with resolving this issue. At this point I’m asking for a full refund not a replacement amplifier because I’m afraid that if I have this issue again that I will be ignored once again just as I am now.
