For past 30 days our package status is in custom clearance. When contacted customer care they are saying we don't have update after 30/9/2017 so wait. Every day we are contacting them but there is no explanation why this delay. We have sent mail to fedx representative all are replying we are on leave. Now again another shipment[protected] status is not updated. Seems both package have been lost and no solution is provided. Worst service by fedex. Eventhey say no issues from your side the delay is from custom clearance. I have attached the mail of all representative who state that they are leave on same day.
