Hi,
I booked flat in 2019 with DS Max sangam grand they suppose to complete project by 2023 . Still it looks like dump yard . No children play area, no CC camera no proper fire exit alarams, no fire engine way provision.

Worst management head of Prasanna or Meenu and site engineer over here Sachin won't respond to anything. Even for single plumbing work also need to run for them almost week.
Recently fire accedent...

I have brought a flat in DS MAX Smartnest in 2018, with lot of delay in handovers. Since day one there is problem in the flat. 1st week of moving, the bathroom sink was fallen, then too many cracks and the beam in Kitchen has fallen, Seepage, doors too many.
