Dsp Blackrock - Mutual Fund - T. I. G. E. R — Sip otm mandate registration pending for 3 months

Hi,
I have applied for the sip for the dsp black rock micro cap fund - regular plan - growth. Under account / folio no : 3861779/ 52 in december 2016. But till the date dsp is failed to get registered sip otm with my sbi bank, hence sip amount not get deducted from my account from last two months.
I have sent several mails to dsp for the clarification but every time saying that otm registration is pending at banks end and we are chasing for it with bank and same answer i am getting from last one month. I have all the communication mails saved at my end.

Since i have given all the required documents to dsp, it's dsp mutual funds moral responsibility to get sip registered with bank and sip get start.
Instead of doing their task they instruct me to go and ask bank for the sip pending reason.

Pls assist me in this case.
