DSSSB — i submit wrong percentage of ma by mistake and cannot fill ews certificate no

I made a mistake in my ma percentage which is 60.125 but that time i fill 60.13. Many times i try to resolve it but i cannot. Also when i was filling my form i notice while i was clicking on obc category there was an option to fill certificate no n etc. But when i click on ews category there was no columns for ews certificate no and for other details. So i only choose ews category and submit my form. But when i print my form i saw ews category certificate no, issue date and other details were there which was empty. I am a ews candidate and i am worried about my form. Are they reject if i clear my exam because of this. It was all dsssb site mistake. Many times i click on ews category while filling the form but there was no columns. But in my print it was. What should i do now? Please clear all things.
