DTC bus complaint — Complaint against the conductor

My name is Anisha Jain, a working lady, daily used your services for up and down to my venue. On date 14th july 2015, I board your bus route no.-418 AUP, route way from Shahdara terminal to Jagat puri. the bus number was DL1PC6890. when this bus come to the krishna nagar bus stand, the driver of the bus has not stopped the bus on stand and all the passengers including me board the driven bus. when I asked the conductor to tell driver to stop the bus on each stand firmly, he said in a very rude manner "Aagey Chal". This is not the way talking to a passenger. Kindly have a look into the matter and let me know about the action taken by you against this.
