Dte Board Bengaluru — Delay of marks card correction

I applied for diploma marks in seva sindhu portal it goes two months time to update the progress then I visited to dte board in Bengaluru then one employee searched my application sent from college nearly 20 minutes finally he found my application and he told it will take 7 days to complete the process after spending 2 months from that applied date again 10 days gone then also no updates about mark's card correction. May be they are expecting money to process that application(corruption). Who is the response for these lazy system (third class working process). Firstly that marks card mistake done by them only.
