Installing Agency "M/s Dudwa Power Industries" have installed faulty solar panels at my house (Address - Naya Bazar, UCO Bank Building, Lakhisarai, Bihar - 811311). These solar panels have got hotspots from the very first day of installation. I have been reminding them regarding this issue since the last six months to the Dudwa Power Team, and I have also shared snapshots of their defective products many times to their key leadership on their WhatsApp number. I have been receiving new deadlines every time from their side to get the solar panels replaced and finally on[protected], they had finally promised to get the replacement done latest by the month of March 2022. To keep this promise from their side on record, I have also sent an email to the Dudwa Power Team on 25.02.2022( dpi.[protected]@gmail.com). But unfortunately till date I have neither got any response to the above mentioned email from Dudwa Power Industries nor are they replacing the faulty solar panels that they have installed at my residence. kindly look into the matter and take necessary action so that the faulty solar panels installed at my residence can be replaced as soon as possible.
