We are complaining about dumiyani toll plaza near upleta, upleta is 3 km from this toll booth even though they are charging full rs 95 from local lcv users.
For monthly pass also they are not following rule of 10 and /or 20 km vicinity of toll booth. They are charging 265 per for lcv. That is against rules of ministry.
