I had ordered chicken from the app which was under 'treats' offer on the 4th december 2020. Due to some exigencies i had leave town after throwing the chicken into the deep freezer.
Upon my return, i used half of the chicken to cook. To my surprise when i ate, it tasted with some pungent preservative like taste, some sort of a medicine in it i guess. Though the chicken is absolutely fine and not rotten. Attached are the pictures for your reference.
I contacted the chat section demanding a refund. But i was put down stating its 'after too many days i have requested for a refund.'
on the contrary, my friend too had ordered the same chicken on the same day and she too happen to cook it today. Apparently she too complaint simultaneously together with me to the customer care chat and she ended up getting a refund immediately. Attached are the pictures as a proof.

why the discrimination with me? why is that i am not entitled for a refund. Why is it my case is being dealt or treated differently?
dropped repeated reminders even to the founder ceo of the company. But of no use! cheap leaders with cheap values who dont really carr about their customers. And they talk about professionalism...
