Regret to say that DUNZO SERVICE HAS GONE BAD TO WORST.We deliver food items through Dunzo. Off late it has happened that the delivery person cancels the order citing some or other reason. We had been bearing this so long, but today it was the limit. ORDER WAS CANCELLED BY THE DELIVERY GUYS THRICE. EACH TIME THEY WOULD SAY THAT MY BIKE HAS BROKEN DOWN, OR I AM FAR AWAY, ETC. THEN WHEN THE FOURTH GUY WAS ASSIGNED, WE CALLED HIM. HE WAS VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT. HE SAID THAT PETROL HAS SKY ROCKETED, WE CANNOT AFFORD. WE SAID IT'S BETWEEN YOU AND DUNZO TO SORT OUT, WHY YOU GUYS MAKE US SUFFER, ON WHICH HE ARROGANTLY REPLIED THAT IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS YOU DON'T PUT THE ORDER. Eventually, he did come to collect the order, but again started speaking rudely and arrogantly... No manners how to speak to a female.
