I had ordered Ayurvedic medicines for a refill prescription worth INR 1200 from my doctor on 14th Sep 2021. They were picked up around 5:15pm and were due to be delivered is about 30mins or so. Thereafter I spoke to the delivery person around 1906hrs but we couldn’t hear each other very well - he did manage to tell me that he is close by and would call me back. After that no call and no medicines either! The biggest surprise was Dunzos non existent support - there was only a chat where after 2.5 hrs of repeated requests for a call back, someone decided to call us. He was extremely unhelpful and kept parroting the same things over and over again. He said he needed to ‘investigate’ the matter!! So we gave him all the details. In all of this, he also kept saying the delivery guy wasn’t answering their calls and the one time he did, he said he was apparently stuck in a traffic jam that seems to have lasted until morning or is still going on! 15th morning and no medicines, no call from the delivery guy, NOone on Dunzo chat, NOONE on their so called grievances number which is the n their website. How does such an organisation get permissions to operate??
