Dunzo — Refund amount not received

Im a practicing advocate in Madras
On 01.11.2021
I have ordered in online order in Dunzo for an amount of Rs865 and they have cancelled it
Gone through so many emails
Only recorded email saying will work with in 6 business hours
Still now no refunds
Dunzo message me within 1to 3 days it will be refunded
Still now no response
Customer care not picking up the phone
Must go to court only if the refund amount is not going to get
