Dunzo — Refusing to return my cargo

I have lost my valuable cargo using this app.
They are not even ready to resolve the problem.
Wherever i raise a ticket they'll close it instantly.

This the worst experience i've ever had in my life.
They aren't even responding.

The company isn't even caring about my cargo
