On Sep 29, 2020, I ordered a scooter for $69.99, received a cheap garden kneeling pad worth 99 cents on Nov 2, 2020
At first they told me they couldn’t find my order, that I had a wrong order number, also telling me I may have ordered from another company and not them.
After providing documents and photos, they changed the story and
They told me that I ordered an accessory for the scooter, no where in the ad or confirmation order said anything about accessories. And the kneeling pad is not even an accessory for the scooter.
They tried to resolve by offering a $30.00 credit, but I refused, because it is totally not what I ordered. They are trying to tell me that this is what I ordered. And they will offer me a 10% refund because the ad has been removed.
This company is a joke.
Would you pay $69.99 USD for this cheap 50 cent kneeling pad??
