Durg Bypass Toll Plaza — Wrongly collected toll from my fastag account

Address: Durg bypass tollplaza, chhattisgarh

As per government guidelines all local vehicles with registration number as CG 07 are exempted from toll collection at durg bypass from date 25/05/2020. But today when I crossed they debited a sum of RS. 60/- from my fastag account. Is there any way that the amount debited can be refunded to my account? Or should I consider it as a loss. Providing my fastag card details below.
