Durg Nursery & Tutorials — meter reading not done properly-excess amount charged

I am running durga nursery and primary school & durga tutorials at 10/23 corporation colony, kodambakkam, ch-24 which comes under ae/asn/west. I have one residential and one commercial meter for school. At present the school is not functioning your person had been taking the reading for both the meters. Whereas in residential connection (228.009.193) your person had not taken the reading properly between[protected] to[protected] which we found out recently. Then afterwards he had taken the reading and the consumpotion charges had also been paid. All of a sudden your department is insisting me to pay rs8500/-towards the consumption charges for residential connection.in this regard i prefer to inform you that my usage for residential connection is very less since i do not have motor, ac etc., since my servant maid is staying there only during the night. I hereby inform you that the mistake is in your side since your person has not taken meter reading properly nor the department has not issued me a fresh e. B card. Moreover if you calculate my usage at an average for the past one or two years after the electronic meter was changed my cosumption is less. Iwould like to know on what basis your persons are asking me to pay this abnormal amount which is far beyond my consumption. I would like you to address this issue immedietely.
