[Resolved]  Durga Properties — Refund of booking advance

Sri Durga properties has cheated several persons including four Army Personnel posted in Bengaluru in this first fortnight of December 2015. Cheques issued by the Company as refund after repeated requests/visits are bounced. They are cheater do not got to them. Who ever are cheated are advised to file cases in consumer courts and civil courts separately under Sections 38 of Negotiable Instrument Act, Sec 37 of CPC and Sec 406 and 420 of IPC. The Appex Court has recently ruled that case may be filed at the location where the cheque was presented. Say if cheque is presented in Delhi or Punjab or Rajasthan or UP cases can be filed in the court having jurisdiction to the place where cheque is presented for credit. Mob Nos of persons who were cheated in December 2015 are : [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] to confirm and have a feedback about the Company SRI DURGA PROPERTIES, Yellanka, Bengaluru.

I am karthik From SDP as per your above issue we have already addressed this issue and below is the payment details booking advance of Rs. 1 lac on 5th of May itself. and you have booked the plot on 16th of April 2014.
We usually take 25-30 days for refund of the amount which will be agreed by your end as well. Hope you have received the booking amount from our end.
Kindly remove comment on the consumer complaints and it will be great helpful for us as well.

You better check you records..you guys are cheating like anything...The money payement is not happening on time...cheque get stop payment..it's been a 3 months one of my friend is struggling to get the money...Just wait..eveything will get in TV9...as some one is regarding your teams conversation and cheating...I am sure you guys will get sued for all reasons...

I too having similar experience now. I cancelled 2 months back and they didn't refund the advance amount. Having very worst experience and for the last one month continuously I am trying to reach them. There is no proper response and treating very badly. I am totally frustrated and still fighting to get the amount.

I am will wait till 25th off this month or else I am going to media..for proper advertisement and complaint against then in police station.

I am a Software engineer. I am in the same boat as you all. They first attract customers and get the booking amount. And later there is no development at all in their projects. If you cancel the bookings, they simply make you runaround. I cancelled the bookings in July and after lot of conversations and visits they gave me a cheque from a bank account where all payments have already been stopped. Of course, the cheque bounced.
Their managers keep changing or should I stay leave the job??
Their General Manager RP Yadav and Senior General Manager Rajkumar both are liars. They are hired by the MD, Srinivasa Gowda for lying to customers and keep pushing dates. When asked to meet the MD, they say he is not available or busy or out of station. they keep giving reasons.
I am filing a case under Sections 38 of Negotiable Instrument Act as well . I think we all should join together and expose them in front of media.

Even I'm facing the same problem. I paid an amount of Rs. 1.3 lakhs as advance. I have applied for cancellation. Till now they are giving various experiences. I feel we all should join together and expose them to the media and complaint against them.

Hi I have booked a plot in their project Sri Durga Elite and have given 5lac rupees.it is approved by BIAPPA. if anyone has booked and any concerns...please let me know...as others said we should join together and expose them...

I have bee cheated and very badly of all my life earnings after registering plots. dont beleive them. I am struggling since last more than 1 year. there is no development now i came to know that the land lords never sold the land . need to file a case now and run behind for it.

One of my worst experiences with Sri Durga Properties. I have been trying to get my refund but no luck. I personally visited their office many times. I was asked to place a request for refund which I did but the representative @ SDP who gave his contact number never responded. I need my refund. What next should I do???

PLEASE dont go for this project or any other project of SRI DURGA PROPERTIES. Its a fraud company and cheaters of top class. I booked a plot in Jul 2015 in sri durga elite, plot no. 28. The sale agreement was till 01 feb 16 but till that time neither they did the developments nor gave me reqd documents like e khata, EC etc. for registration. and on 17 Feb 16, they sold my plot to someone else without my consent. These guys can go to any extents to make profit by cheating. Now they are not returning my money nor the MD is meeting me. He is never available in office. PLS STAY AWAY FROM SRI DURGA PROPERTIES...

I got registered a plot in Sri Durga North City Phase I project on 17th Apr 2013. Till now, Mr. Srinivas Gowda, Proprietor of Sri Durga Properties has not handed over the physical possession of the plot. The Complaint regarding this has already been registered at Bagaluru Police Station. He duped so many innocent Citizens and may be arrested in a very near future.

I got registered a plot in Sri Durga North City Phase I-A block project on 30th Oct 2014. Till now, Mr. Srinivas Gowda, Proprietor of Sri Durga Properties has not handed over the physical possession of the plot. No development has happened on the property and they are not developing the land
