My 1 yr old o general split ac stopped working all of a sudden.
I made a service complaint and the company send the service guy to check the problem.
On checking it was found that the pcb card has been damaged and a new card has to be installed.
As my ac was under warranty they promised to replace it in 3 to 4 working days.
The service guy took back the damged card along with other important parts and the ac remote.
After more than a month they have not replaced it and making exuses everyday.
Now they are saying that they have not took the remote and other parts with them.
But the guy who came to check took all the parts with him.
They have now stopped responding to me.
