My self naveen kumar, regarding a plot buying, i had paid 8lacs rupees to the owner as advance (Owners names: b s prathyusha d/o gopala krishna) on 24.02.2018 taken an agrement for this. After bank process the owner refused to sell the plot to me. (My no: [protected])

We thought of buying a plot in the same venture .In fact the same plot no 38.

Just wanted to know if the problem is resolved.
If not try to contact SOT (special operations team) Balanagar.
T govt has set up special police teams to resolve such cases ..
