Dv Enterprises — fraud data entry job

There's this girl named shikha called me and asked if i am interested in doing home based work. So i told her that i am interested. She then asked me if i have a handset with internet connection. I told her that i do have it. Then she asked me to send my addhar card to her on what'sapp. Then i did the same. Also she told me that she is from the headbranch of dv enterprises from gujurat. She then told me about the forms and the registration fee that will be deducted from my payment that is of 4300rs. She also said that 120 wrong forms can be accepted. But she didn't tell me that i will have to pay the fee if i make mistakes in more than 120 forms. And then she gave me an agreement app. Asked me to install it and then i did it. Then she asked me to write my name with my finger on the agreement digitally. I did that. And after some time she texted me the link to fill the forms on the very same day. I started my work. Then she told me that i will get a call from the company regarding the confirmation of the workload and agreement. As soon as she disconnected the call, i got a call from a lady and that lady was speaking some sentences which were not audible to be at all. She barbelled in her mouth and then i said that i can't understand what you are saying. Then she said that if you have any problem then call the person who referred you to us. Then the lady who referred me, named shikha didnt pick my single call after that day. Also she didn't reply me on whatsapp. So i called the helpline number that was given to me. That lady spoke too rudely again. So i sent an email regarding my query on the helpline email id. They use to reply me on time. Also i asked the help email id how to submit the workload. They replied me regarding the steps to submit. Then they told me that my qc report will come in 3 4 days. Also the pdf which i downloaded after submitting the workload had a password which was not known to me. I was just supposed to send that pdf to the help email id. And then they gave me the password on the email id on the next day. I did open the pdf. It had all the details that i typed in the forms while filling. I didnt check the pdf thoroughly because i thought that it's the same thing that i had filled. But after 2 days, they sent me my qc report. That is on sunday 24th nov 2019 they sent me my qc report saying that the report has failed. You have made 173 mistakes in 173 forms. So i checked the report. It showed mistakes that i had not done. I had checked all the forms 4 times before submitting. But they showed 173 forms wrong. Then i got an email saying that my qc report has failed so i m not eligible for getting salary from the company. Also i texted the helpline number regarding my wrong qc report but they replied that you have made mistakes thats why you are not eligible for the payment. So i got to know that it is fraud. So today on 26th nov 2019 i got a call from a person he said that he is an advocate. He asked me to pay 4300rs registration fee because i made 173 mistakes. Then i said that i am not going to pay anything to you because my report has been edited. It is showing mistakes that i have not done. So he said that 4300rs are not much for him. He started threatening me that he will file a legal notice against me. He said ' wait and watch what i do to you now'. Also he said that 'your whole family will have to pay the penalty'. I told him that he should do whatever he wants. Also i told him that i am going to file case against them about harassing people on call and doing fraud with many. If anyone else is also facing this kind of a harassment, please standup for your self.
