Dy,Registrar Co operative housing society kalyan — Society Committee illegal actions against Defaulters

Greetings for the Day..!!

I Ravindra Singh reside in C-1, room no 20, Thames CHS godrej hills khadakpada Kalyan west. Would like to bring to your notice that our society managing committee is full of illegal activist they do not take any actions against the defaulters who has crosses the mark of 1.5 lakhs and more and some are having a due of more than 5 lakhs as well due to their close relations with committee chairman. Above that the defaulters are given position in the society body to run the society and on multiple request as well they are not keeping the elections to change the committee.

The reason for my compliant is i have moved to this society last year in March since then the flat number C-1, room no 24, Ratnakar Sane above me is doing renovation work it more than a year the work has not been completed yet and my house ceiling is damaged very badly, i have given written and oral complaints many a times to committee and they do not take actions against it any time. The flat above has a overdue of maintenance around 2 lakhs, still he has been allowed to work in his house for renovation.

This is kind request to please do take some strong actions against this society members and the defaulters by dissolving and taking rights of this society.
