I'm seller in snapdeal. Snapdeal introduced one service provider to improve sales.
The company name is e-agility solutions private limited generally knowing as sd-wings.

The type of service pledged in agreement is,

1. Services

The technical supporter shall provide the following services (Collectively referred to as "services") to the seller:

1.1 assist the seller to register on the website, wherever needed;
1.2 assist the seller for technical and it support in listing/uploading the products on the website;
1.3 manage sellers "snapdeal seller panel" based on inputs, communication/ instructions given by the seller from time to time;
1.4 inventory updates and pricing updates are to be done by the seller, if technical supporter team is expected to do the same, the seller has to give inputs in writing or via email from the registered email address or such other communication mode based on which the updates will be done;
1.5 give periodic inputs to the seller on improving their business via snapdeal through various promotional activities the seller could participate in, paid promotions, assortment planning, portfolio analysis etc.
1.6 process the orders received by the seller from the end customer (S)/buyers;
1.7 assist the seller to deliver the goods/ products to buyer/ customer through the mode and means accepted/ adopted by the seller which is acceptable mode and means of delivery for the transaction done on the website;
1.8 payment reconciliation report weekly / monthly basis; and
1.9 return reconciliation report weekly / monthly basis.

Seller agrees that the role of technical supporter is limited to provide technical and it support to enable seller to exhibit, advertise, make available, offer and / or sell or distribute products to the users of the website and processing of orders received by the seller. Seller acknowledges that the technical supporter is completely relying on the information, content, data and other details provided by the seller to enable technical support to complete the services as agreed above.

But after signed the agreement i didn't receive any service from them.. They're not active. Every time they deducted payment from my snapdeal account directly.. I requested to discontinue from sd-wings to snapdeal many time.. But they are supporting to them. Without any service they deducting 8% commission from my sales in snapdeal.. Really they are fraudulent service provider.. Sd_wings people not attending my calls and not responding my emails also.. Snapdeal persons always escalating issues but not resolved yet.. Really helpless...
