Let me post our last e-mail to the company, it includes the problems...

Our product number is --------.

To begin with, we purchased the cameras and the shipment was delayed about two months although we paid extra for the shipment. After that when we acquired the cameras, (See3cam-cu40) the provided sdk did not work with the cameras. The provided opencv support on the website also did not work, or we could not make it work(The one with opencv 2.4.9), does not matter. We have been sending consistent e mails for help to e-con systems and we have already created other two tickets before about our problems, but there was no resposes to both mails and the tickets. The company consistently did not care about our problems and nobody replied to the mails. We sent the mails from different e-mail addresses, again there is no reply. At last, we concluded that your services after purchase is extremely horrible. It seems like two people are working at the customer relations, shafee rafi and shaun. Shaun always redirects us to shafee rafi and he only responded two of our mails out of approximately ten. This is the end, we are kindly expecting you to provide an opencv example in c++ or provide us some documentation about the given sdk or update your sdk. (In the given sdk, our camera model seems to be excluded.) if still we cannot get help, we wish to return the cameras. Thank you for your

Hi Berkay,

Immediately after receiving your email, we responded to it. So your claim that there was no response from e-con Systems is not true.

We supported you through tickets and you wrote to us saying all your queries were resolved to your satisfaction. Only upon receiving your consent, did we close the ticket.

I'm not sure what prompted you to post such a negative opinion on this forum.

Our online support (Shaun) and our business development team (Shafee) have supported promptly and adequately. I've seen the chats and mails they've written to you.
