E-jobhunt / Anytech Private Solution Ltd — Case of FRAUD against Consultancy/Website

Sir, This is to inform you that I got a call from the website team named “E-JOBHUNT” on March 1, 2014 regarding a job. An employee named, Deepanshu /Deepak asked me to register on the website & the team will provide a suitable job for me. But for registration, I had to pay an amount of Rs. 1050. After so much convincing & promising from him, I paid the amount. But after then, an another employee named Mr Vineet told me that your RESUME will not be forwarded until you have a Verified document etc. And then he asked me to pay some more amount periodically on the sake of Security money, Training etc whose details have been provided as below : Rs 2000/- on 1st March - For Documents+Profile Verification Rs 1050/- on 1st March - For Registration Rs 2500/- on 1st March - For Security in E-jobhunt Rs 10600/- on 11th March - For Reliance Power Security Amnt Rs 3500/- on 15th March - For Reliance Power Training Rs 6499/-on 18th March - For Reliance Power Accomodation (3* Hotel)+Food Mr Deepak & Vineet told me that the amount is refundable & I would get the amount within few days as soon as I would get the Confirmation Letter. Later on he informed me that I had been selected for RELIANCE POWER, DELHI & soon I would get call from HR of Reliance Power. Then on an another day, Mr Harsh, HR of Reliance Power (as he told me about himself) called me & confirmed my job in his company. When I asked him to provide me a written “CONFIRMATION LETTER” from the company side to me, he told me to provide soon. But I didn’t get any letter from HIM nor E-JOBHUNT. I kept on asking Mr Deepak, Mr Arun Verma (Sr. of Deepak –E-jobhunt), E-jobhunt Team & Mr Harsh to provide me the Confirmation Letter or any written proof regarding my joining. But they didn’t give & made delayed. Also “NO AMOUNT” has been refunded to me till now. None of them was responsing me through mail, phone or by any means. I was trying to contact them, I was mailing to Deepak, Arun & E-jobhunt team regularly but all of them have deactivated their account. For few days, nobody contacted me. However on 09th April, 2014 a call came from the same E-JOBHUNT. Now this time Mr Sameer was on line & he reminded about my profile & amount which I paid in the month of march 2014 for the job. Now he told me that “My profile had been completed & you have been selected in Reliance power with salary package of 7.5 lacs CTC.” But you have to pay an amount of Rs. 7560 for final confirmation. When I resisted, then He told that its necessary. If I do so then this amount along with the previous amount of Rs. 26149 will be refunded within few minutes otherwise all the amount will go in vain & will not be refunded. I was afraid & asked for previous CONFIRMATION. Soon a next call came & this time Mr Arun Sharma was on line. He asked for the money till the same evening (09th April, 2014) otherwise all the previous amount would be lapsed. I was hopeless, afraid & stooped to pay. I paid Rs. 7560 through net-banking (ICICI) on the future date of 11th April, 2014. But he refused this transaction & told me to pay for the same date. But this time he asked me to pay the amount of Rs 8480 as I can’t pay the same amount twice in same account, as he told to me. I paid as he told. When I paid & asked for refunding the total amount after few minutes, then he tried to make excuse that it will take some time. I waited till evening (05:45 Pm). After few minutes Arun Sharma called & told that he had received the CHEQUE on my name but there occurred a mistake that “The Cheque had been made for the Rs. 53189”, So I have to pay another Rs. 11000 to receive my total amount of cheque. It was totally absurd to me & was shocking that he is playing with me now. I told him that it was your mistake & you have to rectify this. But he turned down completely & told that if you need money, you have to pay Rs. 11000. I was in amuse state…was not able to understand what to do. Finally I paid Rs. 9000 on the promise that he would return my money till 06:30PM. But the moment I paid him, he went out from his office excusing that now the time is over & he will return my money day after tomorrow. But till now he has not returned anything & make excuses regularly. Detail of Amount paid in April 2014 : Rs 7560/- on 09th April - For Final Completion in Reliance (Sameer/Arun) Rs 8480/- on 09th April - Paid wrong, so demanded this amount to complete the profile Rs 9000/- on 09th April- Arun made mistake in cheque, so asked for this amnt Total Amount Taken = Rs. 51189 It seems that a Fraud had been made with me. I, therefore, request you to register a “Case of Forgery” against all of them & take a strict action against them & punish as per the law. I also request you to make arrangement in returning my money from them. I will be highly oblidge to you for this. I am providing the details of their mail IDs & A/c in which I had paid the amount.
