My claim has already been approved, I was told to send cancelled cheque scanned copy to kolkatta.[protected]@emeditek.com, I sent that mail on 30th March with the scanned copy. Then again on 2nd April, I forwarded that mail to help.[protected]@emeditek.com. But till now, there has been o response from e meditek. I have already sent the cancelled cheque twice to e meditek, but no response from anyone. Please help as it is really urgent for me. Forwarding the mails :

As per as the telephonic conversation with a customer care representative, I am forwarding the mail which is having the image of the cancelled cheque attached.
Please do the needful for the claim amount payment as soon as possible. Please acknowledge the receipt of this mail.

I am again sending a mail to help.[protected]@emeditek.com today. Can anyone please help me to get the claim payment? I do not understand what the people get by harassing others? Is there any harm to acknowledge the receipt of a mail from your end? I am just frustrated now from e-meditek, such a poor service, when I called up the customer care, that fellow picked up the phone, took all the claim details from me and then after saying to hold on the call, the phone got disconnected. Is there any need to escalate the issue to more higher levels? Please let me know.
