Past history of ckd & hpn - no history of this any type, she was healthy as a normal working lady. But sometime about before 1 month she felling some weakness. I thought will be some work pressure, so ignored it. Yes one day dr. Wadhavan from surbhi hospital see her as a consultant and wrote some medicines, so we send his consultant paper in first courier in 53 [protected]@26 april. Dtdc cn no. Z[protected]/4/16 i[censored] need see them carefully. Without it i have no paper for this.
Other incident, one day 13/14 april 2016. When i was with my elder brother dr. Sunil awana, we told them about it. They suggested me or write some bp tablets name, on his latter paid. And said don't worry, its normal matter, @ home when we went we take measure bp. Of my wife, her bp was really up. 135/86. Than we take medicines of bp from kailash hospital about 99 rs.!
After this we advised to my wife i[censored] feel high bp any time u can take 1 tab of this.
Thank god, without it, no any problem created with our family.
We have no any past history or no papers, which we did not send to u.
On the 18 april, she was hopeless and called me, that she was not so good. When we saw her condition, she was crying during body pain. We admitted immediately.
Please noted - after this i have no any docs, which i did n't send. We completed whole papers work regarding this.
Read it and understand what i m saying here. Without these papers, which already we sent u. I have no any old, new papers, than what can we do?
