E-Seva Saroornagar — The staff do not serve the customer but always keep some files for entering before them

This is the complaint against e-seva situated outside the LB Nagar Circle Office (Saroornagar CPDCL office premises) dealing with all the transactions of MRO Saroornagar and LB Nagar Circle GHMC besides other services. Whenever we go there, the staff say that there are understaffed and already they have files to be attended and advice us to come again. Last 10 days, we visited the place more than 20 times. However outside the MRO Office to do the work at e-seva. For their services they charge Rs. 1500 to Rs. 2000. The file if it is given to them, in 10 minutes the work in e-seva is completed. Thus the e-seva Saroornagar is in the hands of a mafia gang.
