E-Zone Enterprise — blackmailing to pay money

I got a call from ezone enterprises.. One lady called me and said that it was a home based job (Captcha work) and no need to pay any amount and she asked aadhar and a signature on white paper for registration process. After 2 days i got a mail and continuous massages that i have agreed for their terms and conditions to pay 5000/-. For clarification i called her but now she is not picking the call. Today i got a call from an unknown person (He said he a advocate) that there are sending a court notice for not paying the money.

Please take this complaint and solve my issue.

Note: on call they have said that they are calling from maharashtra and they have not provided any terms and conditions by orally and by written before sending my details.
