My complaint description:
Dear sir/madam,
I got a call from e-zone enterprise to work on
Mac2cap app which involved entering 10000 captcha within 10 days and in which 90% has to be correct. When i accepted the job, they asked me to send my adhar card and mobile number on a whatsapp number [protected] and when i had sent it, they had sent me two links, one of which opened to an app and they asked me to upload my signature on it. Then they filed an agreement without my permission and i got a mail from the company that if i fail to complete the work or fail to achieve accuracy then i have to pay rs 5000 penalty amount to company. Actually i had worked on 190 captcha, but due to the faulty interface they had provided, my work done count is showing 1 even i had worked for 2 times later. Then i called and messaged to the company related numbers and mails, they not only responded to my calls and messages but also they had blocked me. After 10 days they send me the message to pay 5000 rs as work penality, if so not they are black mailling that they will send legal notices. So please respond to my problem as early as possible and get me out from this problem without paying any penality. Also got user id and password to login on mac2cap app.
And the other link they had sent was showing blank page. There was not even an interface to work, and when i called them said about my complaint that "if there is no interface to work, where i have to work and asked to cancel the fake agreement they made" they are asking 5000 for this. Then i got realised that i am trapped. Sir, please take quick action against them and resolve this problem as quickly as possible and cancel the fake agreement they made to get out from this issue.
