I got a call from e-zone enterprise, offering online job opportunity of typing 10000 captcha in 10 days in mac2cap app with 90% accuracy. When i agreed to do so, the ask me to my send addhar card, mobile number and mail id on watsup for documentation, and i send, they send me two links, one of which installed an app and another ask me to upload my signaure over it. Then they send me mail providing user id and password and they also send another mail which contain an agreement without my concern stating that if you fail to complete the work within the given time, then they will take legal action against you, and have to pay rs 5000 as well as legal charges. But any how when i started the captcha typing work, i face lots of problem and then, when i called the e-zone enterprise help line no. They talked rudely and disconnect the call then i called that person who offer me the job, but he also didn't revive my call then i watsup him but no response.
Now after completion of 10days they started threatening me and saying me to pay rs5000+3000 as a legal charges... On 22/07/19 they send me a mail containing notice that you have to pay rs 5000+3000 within 4 days otherwise legal action will be taken. And today they text me a message that hardcopy is send to you.
Sir please help me to come out from this fraudulent practice of e-zone enterprice. I want to cancel my agreement without paying any amount and i appeal you take legal action against them and resolve my issue as soon as possible.
