Sir, as I was searching for part time job, I got call from a person, saying that he is the representative of e-zone enterprise, he said about the m2cap app. And asked to send my Aadhar card photos and phones numbers. After he sent to app links and said to download them. As I installed and informed him, he said to sign in, by uploading selfi and signature, I asked what's this for, and he replied that they are for security purpose.
After that I haven't got any call from the person or the user ID and password to login into m2cap app.
Then I realised that it is fraud company and delete the representative number.
After then I got mail from the person " Rakesh Sharma" with mailid "adv.[protected]@gmail.com" and phone number "[protected]" saying that I have a penalty due to the company which I have to pay otherwise he will take leagal action against me.
They lied that my signature is for security purpose and made a fraud false agreement.
Please help me out with this problem without and penalty or legal action
