I had booked a unit measuring 200 sq ft in earth techone, greater noida for a consideration of rs. 10 lacs.

The company had to pay a sum of rs. 9500/- per month w. E. F. Dec.11 to sep.13 and rs. 10000/- w. E. F. Oct.13 to sep.15 or till the possession of the unit, which ever is later, as assured return against my investment of rs. 10 lacs

The company is neither giving possession nor assured return after sep. 15

you should file your claim before the IRP, the NCLT court had started the insolvency process.

All investors who have invested in Earth Infrastructures or Earth Iconic Infrastructures should file their claim before the IRP who has been appointed by the NCLT Court in the insolvency process which has initiated for both these company’s
