I booked a Commercial property in Earth Tech One Greater Noida in 2012 by paying full amount after taking loan from Bank, for earning a liveliy hood after retirement.I was promised by the management of the Eath Tech One that property will be handed over by 2015, but till hardly 15 % work has been done and work is stalled since 2015.Even the agreement with the Earth Tech One promised to pay back to me fixed amount till the possession of the property.Kindly advice and inform me if some association of all affected persons have been made to take legal action against Earth Tech One.
