“i have booked a flat vide booking application dated 15th november 2011 and having paid a sum of rs.11, 63, 893/- (Rupees eleven lacs sixty three thousands eight hundred ninty three only) vide receipt as per the details mentioned herein under:
A. Receipt no. Bs 300 dated 15.11.2011 amount rs. 11, 00, 000
B. Receipt no. Cg-2-0480 dated 19.01.2012 amount rs. 63893”
This is with reference to flat booked at platinum studio flat no. Bs 612, beetle suites, at casa grande 2. I paid 50% of the cost at the time of booking, and, was assured 12% assured return, which amounted to around rs.11000 per month. This amount is not paid since october, 2016, almost one year now. I had exchanged various mails explaining my mission and difficulties; finally, i received a mail from mr. Bhattacharya, stating that earthcon management has acknowledges the hardship i am facing on account of taking care of my adopted children — flood victims from uttarkashi, and i shall be paid every 9 months cycle basis from last payment received, which is 1st, october, 2016. 36 months have already finished.
Unfortunately, 36th month has started, and my over dues are still not paid.
This mail is being sent to various recipients and sincerely begging everyone to help me out from this crisis and unfortunately cursed association with this builder!
I shall appreciate everyone’s support and help.
