My name is rajat biswal. On 22/09/2016 at about 9pm i took a trip through uber from new market, kolkata to a place very near to bamkim setup, howrah which is hardly 7km from the starting point. The same route in opposite directions i covered through uber in the afternoon on the same day cost me rs88/-. But in the evening during my return trip uber billed me rs354/-. The bill i received through mail after cash payment of rs200to driver shows a different destination which is 22km from my starting point which i didn't traveled. Uber is not responding to me.
