Eastern Silk — Buses Volvo-356M not stopping at bus stop

SIR/MADAM,

Today 06/01/2023 the bus no volvo 356M did not stop at Garvebhavi palya bus stop at 8.45 am. This is not the first time this is happening. I had to wait for more than an half an hour for the bus to travel to Anekal. This is not fair and it is very inconvinient for the Public. If there is no Bus stop please take of the bus shelter so that people dont wait and waste their time. I kindly request the authorities to take severe action on the driver and the conductor for not stopping there and also waiting for the authorities to let me know what was the action taken against the same.
