Easy Cart — #225037 order no. for cancellation. But no response

I have booked an order no.#225037 on dated.03.10.2022. and paid on line through paytm Rs.4284/= Now i changed my mind not buy this product as it is not suitable for use by me. So I mailed on [protected]@eassycart.com for cancellation . But there is no response to my, ail and no comment sent to me for cancellation and contact no.also showing switched off.
