[Resolved]  Easy Day — benefits under membership denied

Dear team,

I opted for easy day club membership in march, 2019 at indirapuram store in jaipuriya mall. Among other benefits, i was given a coupon to buy groceries worth inr 600 at any time.

However, the store at jaipuriya mall was closed within one month and it was informed to continue shopping from gaur city store.

To my surprise, when i went to the gaur city store on may 4, 2019, i was denied the free groceries worth inr 600 despite having the coupon duly signed and stamped.
