This is a honest review about the job. I took this job a month ago. Agreement and every thing else looked fine. They have mentioned 60% accuracy in the agreement. They have also provided different calculations to get the accuracy. For an error in a single dot or comma, they deduct.8%. Now the trick here is, 60% accuracy is for the whole 200 pages, not a single page. A single page had 51 lines. So if my calculation is right, you cannot make.2% error in a single page. That means if you miss a comma in a page you lose 0.8%. I could type 1 page in 25 minutes and i was careful to check for missing lines. I had an accuracy above 90% too. But they rejected. So if you are a super human, you can take the job. I dont know if you will get money or not if you complete rework. But unfortunately they sent a rework mail at 6 pm on 16th september and asked me to submit rework before 8pm on 19th september which should give me 3 days as per agreement. But if you have to do rework, you have to get serial key to open the software which they will provide only between 1 pm and 5 pm. Unless i can time travel, i wouldnt get 3 days to rework, becos i can get key only on september 17th after 1 pm. I feel they are trying to cheat people showing a lot of authenticity. Dont fall for it guys, because after working for 4 to 5 hours per day for 25 days.. The only thing you get as a result is disappointment.

As per my understanding, when typists type a documents, there will be proof readers to verify it and unless the accuracy to less than 90%, they dont reject your work. This work just caused depression as i worked really hard. It was heart breaking. When i called this guy amit, he said he never said anywhere accuracy is for a page. So ya, my mistake that i didnt ask. But everyone who reads this review should know what is the case.

Just wanted to add one more detail.in the pages i received, around 125 pages were in worst format. Most of the words were not separated by a space. Eg : itmightbedifficulttoreadthis. The kind of font the document is printed, unless you forget spellings and grammars, and you have hawks eye, you can never comeout with more than 60% accuracy.

We are sad to know that you had a misunderstanding about proof-reading work and typing work which needs to be done as it is. We already had a communication but you are not ready to accept your faults.
We had given you all details clearly and how accuracy counts. Now you say that you dont know anything?
If the work is simple copy writing than how errors will come tell us? Error will only come when you will do proof-reading of that work. You did not ask us anytime if you had doubts about the work. We gave you image to do image from text simple writing but what did you do is you did proof editing work. You did corrected words from image to text. So naturally your errors will come which you are not ready to accept anyhow. And in QC report, if we had given any mis-match or wrong report, we already told you "WE WILL DISBURSE FULL PAYMENT THE NEXT DAY WITHOUT ASKING ANY QUESTION". But just show us proof that we had told you to do proof-editing work? If we had told to do proof editing work, than we will not ask any question, and your full payment will be disburse and yes we are saying this on open platform. But kindly dont spoil a companies name due to your misunderstanding.
If you are not able to get atleast 60% accuracy from copy writing work, than this work is not for you. And this is the reason, we give samples and all details before anyone applies so that this type of question does not arise. But if you apply even after studying all things and blame us, its not right.
LASTLY WE WILL SAY, WE CAN ALSO TAKE AGAIN TO SPOIL OUR NAME IN WRONG WAY.
We will wait for your proof as said above, and we will disburse your FULL PAYMENT. YES FULL PAYMENT.
But if you do not have proof that we gave wrong information, than you do not have right to post the review as said above. Be ready for again from our side as we will not tolerate this in any way.
We have lots o[censored]sers, who have got payment and are happily working.

I never told in the complaint that I did proof reading. I never did proof reading while typing. My question is how can someone make only 1 mistake in 4 pages? With the kind of font you have provided, its nearly impossible to achieve this. Moreover Do you know the meaning of percentage? Please refer your school notes on what a percentage is, before blaming me. I am going to attach the photo of one of the pages you gave for typing. Please tell me how in world can a petson who is sane, will read and type it without a single mistake. You guys are definitely big frauds. There is no doubt in it. You give tasks which is nearly impossible to achieve and you blame people for not completing it correctly. They feel that they are not good enough for the job and thats it. You take their hardearned money. There is no other way you earn the money. I had one more question. If you have a software to compare the image with text and compare it with actual text, why do you depend on people to type it? Cant the software convert it to text? You have some few hundred pages of text and you distribute the same to people who joins. Since you already have the text, you simply compare the submitted result with the one you have. Thats how you do it. And onviously there is no man in the world born, who can type 4 pages.. that is 204 lines with only one mistake. I bet everyone who joined never received any money. They dont react thinking its their mistake. My advice to you guys is to eat food with hard earned money of yours.. Not with someones money who gathered penny by penny to pay your fees. Dont make people believe and crush their hope. Wont really last for you.

Dear Madam,
Yes we have users who are doing the work without mistake. The main thing is still you cant digest that you have errors. And the errors are counted as per accuracy parameter table already given to you before you applied. Its not that we applied % on our own. First try to read the things before complaining anything and yes if we were wrong we should have shut down in 1 year or two. Its our 9th successful years and we have lots of good satisfied users.

Its not your fault actually, its the fault of your expectations. You thought you wont be doing mistakes anytime but when we showed you your mistakes, you couldnt digest that. And % were deducted as per shown to you only. And if the work is of copy writing, why would anyone do mistake? If you need to add on your own than we know mistake is possible but the work is not to use brain, just do as per the given image to you. Than what are the chances of doing mistakes?
Moreover, if you had doubts in typing, you have always asked us but after checking records, we found that, no doubts were asked from your end which ultimately resulted in your mistakes.

Its the thing than you do not know copy writing thing. Even the sample was given to you before you applied.

I don't think that the complaint has really been resolved. The attachments and information shared by the complainant were really supporting him. I don't know how this company stretched to 9 years (i really don't) but if something is wrong, then the company must correct it. I can't see anybody who has worked for this company providing good reviews here or replying to the post saying good things about the company. Now don't start posting comments after this unless it is properly verified. Seriously, it takes a lot to complete data entry work. We really need a hawk eye and lot of patience to complete the task. If we don't get paid, our heart cries and curse the cheaters.
