After submitting the work, the software gets locked. And when they send the rework, we have to contact the company's office to get the serial key to open the software. So, the company locks the software and the key is also given by them. So, they can't say that they can't open the file in our laptop/computer. Because the software was given by them, and if they can lock it, they can open it too. So, i am sure, that they are opening the files and making all the spelling mistakes in the file.
And the software they give does not have a spellcheck option. Why can't they put a spell check facility there, if they want such high accuracy? All other typing job providers don't give any software to type in, they let us type in ms word and we can do spell check there. I am sure this company has made this software only to make our work more difficult and to see that we don't get any accuracy. I have experience working with this company.
