Ebay.199 — Cannot withdraw money

My amount is frozen and they are demanding more. Around 58144 thousand is in the ebay199 account and I can't withdraw instead they are asking 25000 thousand more for withdrawal and I can't trust it because it keeps on asking more after deposit. Please help me out to get back my account...

Updated by Ribait o Chyrmang I uploaded the image there for a prove that it is asking for 250000 thousand more amount and I can't withdraw until I pay them. Please help me out to get my amount back...
