Hi,

I had placed this order with you... Which got delivered yesterday...

→ product - mi 20000 mah boom power bank
→ pod no. - p[protected]
→ logistic partner - wow

However the power bank shipped to me seems to be damaged as when i opened it... The torch light of the power bank was on and within a minute it died out with a burning like smell... Besides all the lights on the power bank which show the charging were also on and are still on as i write to you and the "power on" button of the power bank is stuck and does not switch off or on...

I tried calling you customer care numbers...43482200 and [protected] but there was no response... Just cant get through... So i am writing to you... I would be grateful if the power bank could be replaced with one which is in working condition...

I would be expecting a reply from you at the earliest...

Updated by Girja Kaura I am writing as the customer care people are the most misbehaved people... They are giving me the option of returning the product but along with it they are wanting the details of my credit card along with the cvv number... How can one give the cvv number... Then they are misbehaving and saying that the money cannot be returned...

What kind of approach is this... When the money has gone to this comany's account then why can't the money be returned in cash or into my bank account.. Why this seeking of cvv number...

Who ever the customer care executive was... He refused to give me his name and said "tere jaise humare bade customer hain"... What an approach.. I will never ever again shop with ebazar and tell all about it.. Besides will put the compliant the newspaper columns for others to know as well how ebazar treats its customers...
