Ebiz.com — It is about the purchase I made with ebiz . It was an educational program now its not working anymore I want my money back

Its been 265 days and the complaint which i registered about ebiz fraud.
This is the 2nd time im complaining about it please resolve it as soon as possible. I have all details and receipts which i purchased from ebiz .
