Ebiz.com — money refund late

Dear sir, its been 140 days since i had cancelled my ebiz package. The ebiz said that after cancellation within 60 to 120 days the money would be refunded, but no. Including this i have complaint 4 times already but no response from ebiz. Dear sir please see into this and account my money back to me please it was rs. 16860. It is not a small amount, as i belong to a poor family. Sir please atleast in the name of god do this favour, i am fade up of all the cheats. My cancellation ticket no.
