Ebiz.com — money refund late

Dear sir, its been 140 days since i had cancelled my ebiz package. The ebiz said that after cancellation within 60 to 120 days the money would be refunded, but no. Including this i have complaint 4 times already but no response from ebiz. Dear sir please see into this and account my money back to me please it was rs. 16860. It is not a small amount, as i belong to a poor family. Sir please atleast in the name of god do this favour, i am fade up of all the cheats. My cancellation ticket no. Was[protected] and draft no. 280963. Also have tid and did. Please contact on [protected] or email in [protected]@gmail.com

I have recieved message about confirmation of cancellation of my account as i am requested to refund my money back...but i am not satisfied with the response...so plz do check of my account whether it is cancelled or not...and about my refund request
