I posted a query for return my money & cancel my registration from ebizel.

I am here writing this letter for knowing the status of my request and as well as on when i got my money back.
I am in a situation where i need money to get my father treatment as soon as possible please look this request and please do something, because i am standing in such a situation where if i don't get my money back soon, i will lose my dad forever.
In addition to that no one is picking call in this & the mail is not delivered. I tried 100 times in 2 days.
