Ebiz — didn't get uc and money got deducted

Please help. Teh payment was successful. My money got deducted from the bank but didn't receive any uc in the game. Please do anything but refund my money or atleast give uc. Please look into the matter and help me. I've made the payment twice but it's not showing even for one. Please look into this matter and try to solve it as soon as possible. Thank you
