Ebiz — ebiz is fraud and cheating

I cancelled my dd and it's about 90+ days and still i didn't receive my dd, i'm wondering when my money will come back. Silver associate shubham cheated me saying it's cancellable and didn't help me in moment when i said i want to cancel and when i tried to contact ebiz i cannot contact back. This is total fraud and i'm angry on these people and organisation.

Today i purchased uc worth rupees 799 INR . The money got deducted from my account but i did not recieved any uc . The money went to times of money limited . Pls help . I dont know what to do . It is a huge sum of money for me and am worried about it. I am providing a screenshot where it clearly shows the deduction. Seeking for your help.
